Blizzard Entertainment introduced new changes for a couple of "Overwatch" characters, Ana and McCree for the PC version.

The recently rolled-out patch update for the PC version will make changes to new DLC character Ana, and McCree on the other hand will be less effective at longer range.

Ana's changes stem from a boost from her Biotic rifles because now she can fire up to a whopping ten rounds rather than eight but that's not all; it is 20 percent faster than before.

Moreover, the changes will address Ana's overall weakness and thus give players more confidence while picking her during battles, community manager, Lylirra noted in a post published on Blizzard official forum website.

McCree, however will be nerfed once again as his damage falloff range deteriorated on his primary fire, his alternate fire gets a 15 percent boost in rate of fire.

McCree too will recoup comparatively faster after throwing his flashbang. Blizzard clarified stating that McCree's long range damage was a little too much for quite a few players as the change cripples his long range damage to some extent, but still keeps it stronger as compared to what it has been in the past.

In other news, Blizzard is prepping to tot-up more "Overwatch" heroes in the online battle arena game, "Heroes of the Storm."

The reception of Tracer in "Heroes of the Storm" was quite overwhelming, as gamers loved using her during gameplays, Lead Hero Designer Kent-Erik Hagman told Destructoid.

Citing the positive reactions, Hagman indicated that they will probably add more "Overwatch" characters in the game. However, Hagman remained mum regarding the character that will follow Tracer's footsteps in "Heroes of the Storm."

Previous reports teased that a stealth based hero is slated to make an appearance in "Overwatch" as Sombra will be joining the roster shortly citing a slew speculations doing rounds online. In addition, Blizzard intends to come up with new maps for "Overwatch" in a bid to give gamers a challenging experience.

"Overwatch" is currently up for grabs for PS4, Xbox One and PC platforms.
