Despite the initial buildup at the game's reveal, Ubisoft's upcoming third-person shooter, "Watch Dogs 2" has been keeping a low profile lately. But now, the developer has rolled out a brand-new video, showing off main character Marcus and divulging more details about his new family at Dedsec.

The recently-streamed game trailer for "Watch Dogs 2"features the L.A.-based DedSec group and the lead character, Marcus Holloway.

According to Holloway's voice-actor Ruffus Prentiss, the main protagonist is a young, self-thought hacker who has a "fun" personality. He has a slew of labels pushed upon him in "Watch Dogs 2" owing to the fact about his family history and where he hails from, which is exactly what he is battling against in the world where ctOS 2.0 call the shots.

Marcus stands up against what he dubs as injustice, but he can't win the fight alone and will need help from like-minded people and this is exactly where DedSec makes an appearance as Marcus' partner in the fight.

Teaming up with him is the Wrench - a DedSec member who loves chaos as he is a prodigy in annihilation and engineer - quite a few of his missions depends upon Marcus blowing up stuff including computer hardware, building et al.

The other member of DedSec is Sitara - the only female member of the gang - who is portrayed as playful at times; however she is capable of switching back to serious mode in specific situations. Sitara is a skilled visual artist and is responsible for several DedSecs visual images in their hacking action.

The last member of the group, Josh is depicted as extremely talented, but soft spoken individual who only speaks when needed. When he talks, everyone pays attention to what he has to say. He is the stellar coder of DedSec and is responsible for the heavy hardware side within the group, Gamerant reported.

In other news, "Watch Dogs 2" will sport a bigger map as compared to the previous game as the map size of San Francisco will reportedly be double the size in Chicago.

Moreover, the sequel boast a more light-hearted, fun and colorful storyline rather than a more serious and dark plot.

Ubisoft noted that "Watch Dogs 2" will not come with a tower unlock system identical to "Far Cry" and "Assassin's Creed," as creative director Jonathan Morin validated that statement saying, "Watch Dogs 2" will not feature towers so gamers will have to delve into each area within the game.

In addition, the game will pack a new progression system which is linked to the number of followers the player has and it will unravel brand new missions as they complete activities and discover new things, Eurogamer reported.

"Watch Dogs 2" is slated to hit the store shelves on November 15 for the Xbox One, PS4 and PC platforms.
