M. Night Shymalan will give another goosebumps soon to moviegoers as his latest movie "Split." Its trailer has been released this week.

"Spilt" trailer has been released this week, and in the video, it shows James McAvoy portrays a character with 23 personalities. This may remind you the book "Sybil," a story of a woman with multiple personality disorder.

McAvoy portrayed the role of Kevin, a man with 23 personalities. In the trailer, Kevin kidnapped the girls in order to serve them up to something called "the beast," which could be also Kevin, according to Cinema Blend.

Maybe you would think that "Split" is just an average kidnapping thriller with McAvoy's character abducting three young girls, and take them in the dark basement. However, the start of creepiness is when the girls learn that this kidnapper has mental problems.

Kevin personality changes randomly. In the trailer, you can see a psychiatrist that talks about multiple personality disorder. This scene may remind you either the TV series or the book titled "Sybil."

McAvoy appeared in some big hit movies like "X-Men" movies and "Atonement." In this new movie, he will go full psycho.

Shyamalan is known for his works such as "Sixth Sense," "The Visit," and "Unbreakable." These movies have some unexpected twist, so probably, "Split" may also give such unexpected twist.

In previous years, some Shyamalan's movies did not perform well, according to some movie critics. Collider, a Youtube channel that gives updates and news for movies and television, reviewed the trailer of "Split." The host said that regardless what would be the outcome of the movie, Shyamalan's trailers are amazing.

"Split" will hit theaters on January 20, 2017. Other cast members are Anya Talor-Joy, Haley Lu, Betty Buckley, and Jessica Sula.

Aside from Shyamalan's "Split" trailer, Ben Afleck's "The Accountant" new trailer has been released this week. This movie will hit theaters on October 14, 2016. Other cast members are Anna Kendrick, J. K. Simmons, Jon Bernthal, John Lithgow, Jeffrey Tambor, and Cynthia Addai-Robinson.
