Players were aware that Kratos of the video game series "God Of War" can get a little too barbaric with his actions, and now, a player will lose control of the character if they get too greedy with the rage meter.

Cory Barlog, the creative director of Sony Interactive Entertainment, was recently featured in an interview, in which Barlog explained how will it work and clarified what will happen if a player will get too greedy with the rage meter of Kratos.

Even though, there are no clear or direct consequences of getting too greedy, but the player will definitely lose control of Kratos, based on the report of Gameranx.

There will be no such consequences when video gamers loses control over Kratos, however, Balrog made it known that it is more of an illustration as to how the narrative of the video game will be as the players continue the journey of Kratos in the story.

However, "God of War" will also have a prominent attribute of a new progression system which will give thought regarding the relationship of Kratos and his son, as well as tailoring the father and son into the gamer's own play style within the sequel, Yibada reported.

On the other hand, as rumor has it that Kratos' unnamed wife will be featured in the new "God of War" game. Balrog stated that Kratos' wife will portray a critical role within the story, but Balrog did not reveal any further details at the moment.

Balrog also said that the original crew of "God of War" is working on the sequel. And Balrog teased that Kratos along with his son will be visiting some of the nine realms in Norse mythology, Gamingbolt reported.

The release date of "God of War" is not yet confirmed, but the game will be exclusively available on PlayStation.
