The about to happen launch of Samsung "Galaxy Note 7," major wireless network operators are reportedly planning a promo offer on the device.

As the upcoming device of Samsung has already been cleared by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to run on all major United States carriers, reports have surfaced and claimed that the German holding company T-Mobile will offer the flagship phablet through its buy-one-get-one free program.

The South Korean multinational company recently announced that they will unleash the "Galaxy Note 7" at an Unpacked event on August 2, and others claimed that it will also be the release date for the new smartphone, according to Tech Times.

Evan Blass, who has been pitching out accurate information in the past about forthcoming smartphones, hit on his Twitter account and posted, "TMO PROMO: GN7 BOGO."

In corroborating the Twitter post, this won't be the first time T-Mobile has offered a buy-one-get-one (BOGO) free promotion at launching flagship smartphones. The German holding company used the same strategy when it started selling the Samsung "Galaxy S7" and "S7 edge" back in March.

However, the upcoming Samsung device is also expected to have a distinctive attribute of a hybrid slot, which is likely to support the regular MicroSD cards as well as the company's new Universal Flash Storage (UFS) cards.

Another widely expected feature that the "Note 7" could have, is the dual-curved display. If the device indeed comes with the feature, it will be the first of its kind to sport such a dual-curved display. The Samsung device is believed to be powered by the tech giant's own Exynos 8893 processor, IB Times reported.

Meanwhile, a new video leaked that showed the upcoming device was tested with a trio of screen protectors. But, the quality is decidedly not high resolution, based on the report of Android Authority.
