Lionsgate posted several photos teasing the "Power Rangers" movie, including photos of major lead characters, and Rita Repulsa taking on Trini a.k.a. Yellow Ranger.

For 90s kids, "Power Rangers" franchise is probably one of the memories that would bring the nostalgia of their childhood. Aside from the lead characters, kids or fans who followed the story of "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers," a live-action series, are familiar with the evil villain Rita Repulsa.

After a series of rumors online, Lionsgate announced that their in-development "Power Rangers" will be making its way to theaters on March 24, 2017. Recently, the Canadian entertainment company has been teasing the 2017 movie by posting some photos including the Power Rangers members, and the most talk-about photo of Rita Rapulsa taking on Trini.

"Hunger Games" star Elizabet Banks portrays the role of Rita Repulsa. On Thursday, July 24, her photo as a villain depicting fighting Trini, portrayed by the youngest cast member, Becky G. began to viral.

In a recent interview, Becky G. told Entertainment Tonight, "Rita tries to make Trini feel like she's the weakest link of the Power Rangers," Pertaining to the photo of Rita Repulsa vs. Trini, the young artist described Banks' villainous character as a type of villain who loves minds games, while her character, is thinking if she can overpower the villain.

"Power Rangers" will follow the adventure story of five high school kids who soon become extraordinary when they find out that their town and the world is on the verge of being obliterated by an alien threat, according to Coming Soon. The major lead characters are "A Few Less Men" star Dacre Montgomery as Jason, the Red Ranger; "Me and Earl and the Dying Girl" star RJ Cyler  as Billy the Blue Ranger; "The 33"  star Naomi Scott as Kimberly the Pink Ranger; "Empire" star Becky G. as Trini the Yellow Ranger; and "Monster Hunt" star Ludi Lin as Zack the Black Ranger.
