Samsung Galaxy Note 7 phablet has ostensibly undergone to benchmark sites for testing which revealed much of its future features. The apparent leaked images of the phablet's specs snapped from the An Tu Tu benchmarking site bears Galaxy Note 7 alleged name and model number (SM-N930V).

This Galaxy Note 7 exposé was publicized by known leaker Steve Hemmerstoffer (@stagueve) to Twitterverse. The speculation emerged from its base number of SM-N930 which is a tipoff to the current Note 5 sporting SM-N920 as model number, GSMArena blogged.

An Tu Tu's specs present the Note 7 being powered by a Snapdragon 820 quad-core processor with an Adreno 540 graphics processor unit which runs Android 6.0.1. The resolution specifies 2,560 x 1,440 pixels HD display. A 12- or 13-megapixel camera, Forbes wrote, is situated on the rear while a 5-megpixel snapper is in front. Galaxy Note 7 has 64 gigabytes internal storage with 4GB memory.

On the other hand, various Galaxy Note 7 specs spotted on rival benchmarking site GeekBench do not match with those on An Tu Tu's. GeekBench sports a model number of SM-N930F which is running Android 7.0 and powered by an 8-core 1.50 GHz processor with 3GB memory, CNET reported.

At this rate, the obvious point here is that AnTuTu's benchmarked could be a Galaxy Note 7 prototype which runs timeworn internals. That said, in 2015, there has been a precedent where Samsung released the Galaxy Note 5 and within it was unmoved with the Galaxy S6. Plus, a recent leak presented a downgraded battery, Forbes added.

Aditiopnally, Galaxy Note 7 will be adopting the current 'Edge' curved display. Samsung has skipped the Galaxy Note 6 to fuse the numbering across its ranges. Benchmarking software testing is used by manufacturers to assess device performance. The new Galaxy Note 7 is expected to arrive this August 2.
