An interview with the creative director of the game "God of War" for PS4, Cory Barlog revealed new interesting details about the game including parts of the storyline.

During an interview involving a YouTube channel, the Know, and "God of War" creative director Cory Barlog has given insights of what to expect in the new PS4 game. Cory Barlog revealed information about the developer team, Kratos' wife, and some new features, Gamepur reported.

The director revealed that the team working on the game's development were the same game developers that worked on the very first "God of War". Since the same team will be working on the PlayStation 4 version, there will not be too many revolutions.

Also, Cory revealed some info about the storyline and the role that the wife of the main character, Kratos, plays. Even though he did not tell much, he hinted that the mother (Kratos' wife) will play a vital role in the game. Furthermore, he revealed that the enemies showcased in the gameplay trailer were the "Draugr".

Also, Barlog said that in the PlayStation 4 version of "God of War", players can visit some parts of the 9 Realms. Also, there will be no morality system and no branching the game's storyline.

This gives a hint that the one seen in the 2016 E3 demonstration will only be the first part of the whole game. It will not be a very good representation of the whole game because there will a lot more types of enemies the players will meet in the game.

The demo footage shows Kratos being gruff with his son and yelling at his son while teaching him to hunt. Also, Kratos has grown a full beard. Later in the demo, Kratos and his son would be ambushed demons where Kratos defeated them with an axe and his fists. After that, they would meet a troll where Kratos would activate his Spartan Rage and take the troll down. It would look like Kratos having  problems with being a dad will be the main theme of the game, VG 24/7 reported.
