In Sunday's supersized episode of "Game of Thrones," the drama series showcased its most ambitious battle scene and unleashed a character's fate that fans have been longing for.

Jon Snow, played by English actor Kit Harington, took back Winterfell with a huge help from his sister Sansa (X-Men: Apocalypse cast - Sophie Turner) and her ally Littlefinger - portrayed by the Irish actor - Aidan Gillen.

"Game of Thrones'" epic battle culminated with Snow beating the villainous Ramsay Bolton (played by Welsh actor Iwan Rheon) nearly to death. However, the final match was saved for the oldest Stark's daughter -  Sansa, who arranged for Bolton's prized hounds to chew him up, PEOPLE reported.

In an interview of Rheon with Entertainment Weekly, the Welsh actor talked about exiting HBO's TV series after four seasons and opened up his thought of Ramsay's fate.

Rheon stated that he already had an idea of his character's death when the producers of the show stated that "Isn't it great Ramsay ends up on the Iron Throne?"

The 31-year-old actor stated that it's great to have four lovely seasons in "Games of Thrones." Rheon also said that Jon needs to win that epic battle, otherwise there's no hope left in the world. And the actor continued by saying that, it is interesting that it isn't fair.

Rheon made it known that the character Ramsay still thinks he won the battle, as the character is so arrogant and self-assured that he'll still be superior until the last minute.

As for Bolton's conclusion at the jaws of his own hunting dogs, Rheon finds poetic justice in the battle scene.

However, even the outcome of the battle ended Rheon's contract on "Games of Thrones," Rheon was emphatic to say that as a fan of the American drama series, Rheon showed satisfaction that his character was killed off, US Magazine reported.
