A new mobile app for student on Android and iOS devices, claims to reverse recruitment flow by enabling employers to connect and find top talents to join their workforce. Albeit the wise advices from commencement speakers to go out and get as many experiences as you can; applying for dream jobs can be devastating sometime.

If there is the best career advice that could land you to dream jobs, it would probably sound like this, "download and play the game!" Debut is a career app for student designed for companies to identify top talents. And for students, playing Debut also offers custom games that can help you land your dream jobs without applying.

Currently, Deutsche Bank and L'Oreal are offering prizes and internship opportunities through game apps, for the top scorers. The Seeker by L'Oreal will let excellent students to join the company as interns and Agile Minds by Deutsche Bank offers premium tech stuffs for the top scorers.

Commenting on the Debut mobile app for students, L'Oreal UK manager, Alex Bennet, explains that the company is looking for 'adventurous' candidates. "The Seeker" - a game exclusively developed for L'Oreal - enables the company to seek students who can excel and understand the company values and spirit.

Debut mobile app for students features 'Talent Spotter'

Graduate job market could be overwhelming given the thousands of students competing against each other. This is a special feature that allows employers to directly contact potential employees through mobile phones. It enables companies to invite, discuss or fast-track the application procedures. It is like 'a shortcut' to dream jobs because it helps students to 'be found' by their employers, SBTV reported.

The career app for students is the first in the world and Debut has offered opportunities for students to connect with companies such as RBS, Google, Microsoft, Roll Royce, and Jaguar to name some.

A Debutant claimed that it only takes 5 minutes to create a profile at the mobile app for student. Each user will be given range of advertised jobs along with the requirements. Debut also provides tips and tricks straight from the companies' insiders, Times Higher Education reported.
