During this year's Nintendo's E3 press conference, "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" was announced to be released on 2017. Together with the announcement was the launch of the video game's demo version which featured a huge free-roam world. This wide free roam demo world, however was just one per cent of the entire game.

Nintendo recaptured the danger and free-roaming sense of exploration which made the first Legend of Zelda memorable. This kind of approach made a great impact on the overall game experience. On this new game, "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild", features a new tool that hangs on the belt of the main character, Link. The new tool is called Sheikah Slate and it is used to collect runes or spirit orbs that will give Link access to special abilities. Also, the character needs to cook meals in order to regain health unlike the previous Zelda games where Link only needs to slash grass. Plus, Link can sneak stealthily around enemies.

Nintendo wanted to craft a non-linear Zelda experience through this open world video game. But the creation of this new experience was a matter of trial and error, "The Legend of Zelda" series producer Eiji Aonuma IGN Southeast Asia, reported.

For 100 players of "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild", Nintendo wants 100 options and 100 different gaming experience for each player, "The Legend of Zelda" series producer Eiji Aonuma Polygon, reported

The "Zelda" series has always been featuring large worlds but Breath of the Wild was even larger than all the games released before. Players even got lost while playing the demo but Aonuma said that getting lost is fun.

The full version of "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" video game will be released in 2017 for Nintendo's new NX hardware and Wii U console.
