Paranoid Android is back stocking and skinning the latest android with improved Oxygen OS builds. Expect highly advance new features and fresh marshmallow builds on the upcoming Nexus and One Plus devices.

Moreover, the Paranoid Android version 6.0 is having a lot of work to be done underneath its hood, Android Police reported. Check out a brief look at the major additions, according to Paranoid Android blog's introductory post:

• There will be more floating window app options, including floating windows launch from notifications
• Instant controls for pop-ups to allow or disable relevant settings
• New gesture engine for launching apps and other settings
• Live removing and rearranging of Quick Settings tiles
• Featuring Hampus Olsson's custom visual essentials and backgrounds

Below are following devices that are officially supported by Paranoid Android Custom ROM. Howevr, some independent ROM developers may be able to employ the open source code for more ROMs on other phones and tablets. Additionally, pre-PA 6.0 devices are still available on the download page. Therefore,  full list of currently-supported devices is significantly shorter.

• OnePlus X
• Nexus 4
• Nexus 5
• Nexus 5X
• Nexus 6
• Nexus 6P
• Nexus 7 2013
• Nexus 9

Notably, Google's current flagship tablet, the Pixel C, is nowhere to be seen. It might be whether due to some kind of difficulty or so in developing for the hardware or possibly because of a simple lack of access to it, Android Police added

At the moment, the kind of reaction Paranoid Android gets will be quite interesting to see. After the Paranoid Android Custom ROM team stopped regular output and other developers like AOKP shut down, CyanogenMod has been the only key player consistently releasing custom ROMs across large numbers of Android devices. Paranoid's success or failure in its latest attempt at revitalization may be a harbinger for big, team-based ROMs as a whole going forward, AP said.
