"New Mutants" movie producer Simon Kinberg revealed that Charles Xavier or Professor X will be in the movie. It is not known if Patrick Stewart, James McAvoy or another Professor X will be casted in the new movie. Speaking of cast, it is rumored that Maisie Williams of "Game of Thrones" has been offered a part in the new Fox superhero movie.

"New Mutants" Rumored Cast By Josh Boone

"New Mutants" is a spinoff movie based on the Fox's "X-Men" franchise. The upcoming film is created by Chris Claremont and Bob McLeod and the script is co-written by Josh Boone, Collider reported. In the interview with the outlet, writer-producer

Simon Kinberg explained to the outlet that Professor X will be in the "New Mutants" movie. Furthermore, Kinberg added that the time setting will be in the 1990s and there are speculations that James McAvoy may play the mutant professor. However, the same speculation goes for Patrick Stewart. "New Mutants" will also have a young adult genre feel to it as well.

Boone teased some of the characters that will be on "New Mutants" movie by posting teasers on his Instagram account. Going by Boone's posts, it looks like "New Mutants" will feature Cannonball, Sunspot, Magik, Mirage and Wolfsbane.

"Game of Thrones" Star Maisie Williams To Play Wolfsbane?

According to rumors, "Game of Thrones" Arya Stark actress Maisie Williams has been drafted for the role of "Wolfsbane," Yibada shared. Anya Taylor-Joy from "The Witch" might play Magik and Alexandra Shipp may be Storm in "New Mutants" as well. There is no official name for "New Mutants" movie yet and there is no word about the release date.
