With only one conference championship game set in stone heading into the final week of the regular season, the Associated Press' Top 25 college football poll could be in for one more shakeup.

In week 13, Clemson (1) strengthened its hold on the top of the poll thanks in part to Ohio State's (8) loss to Michigan State (6) and Alabama's (2) unsurprising win over Charleston Southern. But more than one Top Five team fell this week, making way for a few teams on the rise.

Both Oklahoma State (9) and Ohio State fell from the Top Five, and were replaced by Iowa (3), and Oklahoma (5), while Notre Dame (4) rose one spot. Michigan State and Baylor (7) crept back up in the poll after suffering defeats in recent weeks.

Oklahoma State's loss also complicates the Big 12 Championship, though the conference will likely be keen to name one champion rather than co-champions like last season. With TCU (15) out of contention, the conference comes down to Baylor, Oklahoma, and Oklahoma State.

The Spartans' win in Columbus also puts them in the driver's seat to play Iowa for the Big Ten championship. All Michigan State has to do is beat Penn State, otherwise Ohio State's game with Michigan (12) will decide who takes the Big Ten East.

Like Iowa, Florida (10) clinched its division ahead of the regular season's end, but unlike the Hawkeyes, the Gators are not instilling confidence in poll voters. Since clinching the SEC East, Florida won shakily against Vanderbilt, South Carolina, and Florida Atlantic.

The Gators can do themselves a huge favor by beating Florida State next weekend, which could set them up to make the playoff if they can take the SEC Championship.
