The teams who could potentially have the best fit for Marcus Mariota do not seem to have a shot at drafting him, thus the trade rumors that will not go away.

For that reason, CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora noted, the Tennessee Titans are open to trading the second pick on or before the night of the NFL Draft. The Titans may also be interested in drafting Mariota only to trade him after the fact.

La Canfora listed the Philadelphia Eagles (picking 20th), Cleveland Browns (12th and 19th), San Diego Chargers (17th) and St. Louis Rams (10th) as teams that have shown interest in Mariota, a dual threat QB who played in a spread style offense at Oregon.

Per Jason Cole, of Bleacher Report, the Eagles' new QB acquisition Sam Bradford is not certain he will stay with the team through the draft. Cole said Bradford "believes there is still a possibility that he could be traded somewhere else."

That could mean the Eagles have not given up hope on drafting on Mariota, who would be a natural fit for their coach Chip Kelly, who recruited Mariota at Oregon. Cole learned Bradford is interested in signing a long-term contract, but only with the right team. He would apparently postpone those hopes pending where he ends up by the start of the season.

"In talking to sources around the league and close to Bradford, basically what's happened is Bradford is not willing to accept a substandard deal based on the injuries that he's suffered the past two years and have kept him off the field," Cole reported.

But given those injury concerns, Bradford may not be the strongest trade piece from the Titans' perspective. For example, the Browns can offer two first round picks, the Chargers can dangle Philip Rivers and the Rams have the 10th pick and Nick Foles, thanks to the trade that sent Bradford to the Eagles.

All that would mean is the Eagles would have to bolster their trade package in other ways.
