In his first court appearance in Wayne County, North Carolina, Kenneth Morgan Stancil III had to be removed from the room by force after he refused to stop cursing.

According to WCTI (which has the video), Stancil, 20, ultimately could do nothing against the 10 law enforcement officers surrounding him. After Thursday appearance, Stancil has now confessed to shooting and killing Ron Lane on the Wayne Community College (WCC) campus in two different courtrooms.

Stancil was arrested in Florida after N.C. law enforcement tracked his movements to Daytona Beach. Stancil appeared in court Tuesday and waived his right to an extradition hearing the next day. He appeared in N.C. Thursday and told the judge he did not need an attorney, offering a full confession and cknowledging he knew he would spend the rest of his life in prison.

When the judge informed Stancil the maximum punishment he could ace was the death penalty, Stancil said he knew what he getting into when decided to kill Lane, whom he accused of being a "f------ child molester." The judge told Stancil not "use that word," which provoked him to say it again.

After the second utterance of the word, the judge ordered Stancil to be removed, which was when the confrontation became physical. Despite his resistance, the several officers surrounding Stancil had little trouble obliging the judge.

In addition to his two courtroom confessions, Stancil spoke to WRAL via telephone when he was being held in Fla. He told the news station Lane, an 18-year employee at WCC and his former work-study supervisor, made sexual advances on his 16-year-old brother. Stancil also identified himself as a Neo-Nazi and expressed a hatred for gay people.

WCC said they had never had so much as a complaint against Lane, though Stancil did say he was the subject of sexual advances from Lane as a student.

You can listen to the full phone interview HERE, though it does contain strong language.
