New details have emerged in the sexual assault complaint against Florida Gators quarterback Treon Harris.

Unnamed sources who claimed to have witnessed events told the Tampa Bay Times that Harris' contact with the alleged victim was at a part early Sunday morning. After contributing to a comeback win on the road against Tennessee, Harris and some of his teammates went to celebrate the victory upon arriving back in Gainesville.

At the end of the party, Harris, a freshman, told partygoers he intended to see an 18-year-old female back to her residence safely. Harris has not been arrested and his attorney, Huntley Johnson, said he would be surprised if that were ever to happen.

The University of Florida (UF) announced that the school has a "no tolerance" stance on sexual misconduct and stated that Harris would be suspended indefinitely pending the results of the investigation.

An unnamed source told Florida Today that evidence against Harris is "shaky at best," though the investigation could still take several weeks. The Gainesville Police is assisting the UF Police in collecting and analyzing evidence.

UF head football coach reiterated the school's stance on sexual assault and said on his weekly teleconference that Harris is accused of "a serious charge," the Orlando Sentinel reported. Harris took over for Jeff Driskel and helped the Gators score all of their points in the fourth quarter to come away with a 10-9 win.

"I think our statement on Monday was self explanatory," Muschamp said. "This was a serious charge. There has been no change in Treon's status.

"I feel very comfortable in how we've approached this situation."

Florida (2-1 in the SEC) is hosting LSU (0-2 in the SEC) Saturday and Muschamp told reporters he was planning to play Driskel at quarterback regardless.

"You got 15 drops at the receiver position in four games," Muschamp said. "That's a bunch. You want to talk about confidence and timing?"
