EA DICE To Get Another Big Update For 'Battlefield 1', Data Miners Made The Discovery About New Weapons & Gadget [VIDEO]

By

EA DICE's first-person shooter game "Battlefield 1" is about to get another brand new update. Some data miners have already found evidence about the much-talked silenced weapons and some brand new gadgets for the shooter game.

A YouTube user, which goes to the name of SL4V3RS4V3R, has made some great video about what the players can expect from the upcoming expansion pack, "In the Name of the Tsar." Reports said that some of the game's community members may have discovered new weapons, which may or may not be tied to upcoming "Battlefield 1" update.

Based on the newly uploaded video, the leak focuses on three weapons: a double-barrel shotgun, a sniper believed to be the M.95 Marksman or the M1903 and the C93 pistol. However, there still no official words about how the "Battlefield 1" players will be able to access these weapons.

This upcoming update is said to be data mined through existing patch files or accessed on the Community Test Environment. Again, without the official words coming from the developers, players can only speculate on the weapons' availability, the SegmentNext reported.

Fortunately, the gaming site SegmentNext has managed to get a good story about this update. According to SegmentNext, there are currently five different "Battlefield 1" weapons to go through.

The first one is the Double-barreled Shotgun that has surfaced before, and has been reported to be part of the game's second expansion pack, "In the Name of the Tsar." The basis of the report's legitimacy is that the weapon's image has been included by the developers in the recently released game illustration. The developer has reportedly released those illustrations last month while giving away details for the game's upcoming DLC expansion pack.

The second one is the silenced sniper rifle, complete with a silencer attachment and a bipod for stability. However, at this time, not much information is known about this weapon. Some are speculating that this could be the Gewehr M.95 Marksman while others believe it to be the M1903.

Another silenced weapon that might be included in the upcoming update is the C93 semi-automatic pistol. This weapon will be equipped with a shoulder stock, similar to how it was in the single-player campaign, and also a silencer attachment. The C93 will make a good weapon for doing the stealthy assault.

Aside from those weapons, EA DICE may also add the binoculars from the single-player mode. Similar to the game's Trench Periscope, this binocular will help "Battlefield 1" players in verifying the real range of the target before firing on them. This will result in a much greater accuracy for players, allowing them to hit their target precisely.

Meanwhile, the game's community has made a big discovery, a prehistoric giant shark Megalodon hiding in the new Fort de Vaux map. The Megalodon Easter egg, which came from "Battlefield 4," has reportedly returned with the recent release of the "They Shall Not Pass" DLC expansion pack, the VideoGamer reported.

"They Shall Not Pass" DLC expansion pack is Battlefield 1's first DLC expansion pack, which has been released to the game on March 28, though some "Battlefield 1" premium members have received it on March 14.

The Megalodon Easter egg was first discovered by the Youtube users DANNYonPC, and likely only the first to be found in "Battlefield 1." As with "Battlefield 4," developer EA DICE is expected to share more details as it continues to release its expansion packs throughout the year.
