When, Where To Update Moto Z Play Droid To Android 7.0 Nougat? Moto Z 2017 Leak Reveals Phone Specs [VIDEO]

Moto Z Play Droid user can now update their phones into Android 7.9 Nougat. Other than that, Motorola phone lovers can now expect another model unit to come out this year, the Moto Z 2017.

According to Android Central, Android 7.0 Nougat is now available on Moto Z Play Droid. Meaning to say, phone users can now do a lot of things to their mobile devices. The new update can now provide data saver function, direct replies in the notification menu, muti-window multitasking.

Speaking of the multi-window feature, Moto Z Play Droid users can do multitasking in both landscape and portrait modes. Adding on, lots of emojis, as well as a customizable quick settings, are now available too.

In terms of the data saver function, it is built into the operating system. Phone users can choose to use this feature if they are not subscribed to Verizon's unlimited data plan.

As for when and where to get Android 7.0 Nougat, it should be available now in every Moto Z Play Droid phone. The user will get a notification of approval for the update. The new update can be found in the Settings section of the device. Meanwhile, Verizon's page provides more information about the Nougat update.

On the other hand, regarding Motorola's Moto Z 2017, its specs has been leaked online Android Headlines obtained the alleged details about the phone unit.

Based on the site's report, the Moto Z seems to feature a fingerprint scanner on its front, unlike other smartphones. The leaked details also hint Motorola's logo will be placed below the phone's screen display. Adding on, it will also have three buttons on its right side, probably, these are the device's volume and power lock key.

Other than these new features/specs, Moto Z 2017 will reportedly come with a front-facing LED flash. It might also have a Snapdragon 835 SoC, 5,5 inch full HD or QHD display, and a 4gb or 6gb of RAM.

As for Moto Z 2017 release date, it could be around June this year.
