Although Apple Inc. has yet to confirm any detail on the highly anticipated iMac 2017 desktop. The iMac 2017 is said to be making its way to the store shelves next month. Apple's upcoming device is speculated to come along with powerful features, such as a 5K Retina display.

Some Apple fans are wondering if the Cupertino based tech company is still planning to release the latest version of its most awaited desktop. Nonetheless, the latest reports claimed that it is likely for the tech giant to release the iMac 2017 in March 2017. According to Mac World, Best Buy put up a listing of the highly anticipated Apple desktop with powerful specs. The iMac 2017 is said to come along with Intel's seventh-generation Kaby Lake processor, a Retina 5K display, and 32GB of RAM, coupled with a 2TB Fusion Drive.

In the event that the tech giant is rolling out the iMac 2017 next month, it shouldn't really come as a surprise. As Apple CEO Tim Cook stated last year that iMac's current generation is the best desktop that Apple has ever produced, and the device is considered to be the best in the world. Apple CEO also said that, while there are those who doubt whether the company is still committed in manufacturing desktops, Apple has a great line of desktops in its pipeline.

Moreover, Apple's all-in-one computers (27 and the 21.5-inch iMac models) are now offered at discounted rates, Fortune reported. Wherein, the current-gen iMac price off also indicates the imminent arrival of the iMac 2017.

In spite of that, the iMac is also speculated to feature Virtual Reality (VR). The upcoming iMac 2017 could be slimmer and smarter compared to its predecessors. Nevertheless, the tech giant has yet to release an official specs list for the forthcoming all-in-one desktop computer.
