Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Latest Update: NVIDIA To Launch GeForce GTX 1080 Ti On Feb. 28, Based On GeForce Page [VIDEO]

By

Nvidia isn't letting AMD to have the spotlight with its new Vega graphics card and Ryzen CPU. Nvidia's GeForce page presented a countdown timer, which shows that tech fans have days left before the big announcement of the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti. Wherein, the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti will be regarded as the tech giant's ultimate GeForce product.

The GeForce page doesn't reveal much, as it has only a small video that runs in the background. A person can note the Ti logo (where the Ti is bold on the page) in the very first second. Wherein, the bold Ti could obviously mean the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti. The GeForce GTX 1080 Ti countdown on the GeForce page can confirm that tech fans will finally get an official announcement related to NVIDIA's high-performance card, WCCF Tech reported

Nevertheless, it appears that the Santa Clara, California based tech company is also bringing the big guns to the Game Developers Conference (GDC) 2017 event. While the #UltimateGeForce hashtag in the GeForce page is intriguing, a number of tech enthusiasts are expecting the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti to be a slightly cut-down version of the Pascal GPU-based Titan X. Nonetheless, rumor has it that that tech fans might witness a repeat of the GTX 780 Ti situation, where Nvidia's high-end Ti wiped out the then-current Titan, according to PC World.

That being the case, the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti is expected to give a performance boost to the gaming universe. The GeForce GTX 1080 Ti is speculated to come along with 12 billion transistors, which is a major upgrade from the 7.2 billion transistors of GTX 1080. Also, the imminent premium graphics card will have a 4.8GB of RAM, as well as a bandwidth model of GDDRX5. The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti is expected to have a price tag between $630 and $1,200.
