By

NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti's head to head competition with its archrival AMD Vega 10 is getting more heated as press started pronouncing NVIDIA's inferior performance. However, there are still experts who claim that GTX 1080 Ti has something up its sleeves which are about to unfold when it arrives. When is it actually launching to prove its self? Read on.

NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti Release Date

According to Racing Junky, a MSI representative pronounced NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti potential release date is happening on March 10 at the PAX East Event 2017. Conversely, the report cancels out PC Gamer' suggested release date that it will grace the Game Developers Conference 2017 event in San Francisco which is happening two weeks earlier.

What we know about NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti?

Keeping everything in the loop, NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti features 10GB of GDDRS VRAM instead of the GDDR5X found in the GTX 1080 and Titan X. This GPU will also run on GP102 chip packed with a VRAM of 348-bit memory bandwidth. However, it will not sport the 256 CUDA cores but still expected to boost higher clock speed at 1623 MHz versus Titan X's 1531 MHz. This means GTX 1080 Ti can reach 4K resolution-fueled by 60 fps.

AMD Vega 10, What's good?

NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti is expected to outperform AMD's Vega GPU considering its lower pricing ranging between $600 to $1,200. Capped with powerful features which are also offered in Vega 10, GTX 1080 Ti will surely dominate the market demand for GPUs.

Do your think NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti can really outperform AMD Vega 10? Or, will it lay down as the GPU which attempted to overpower Vega 10 GPU? Let us hear you in comment box below.
