‘Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy’ Reportedly Releasing In June; Remastered Version Retains Gameplay Features [VIDEO]

"Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy" is reportedly releasing in June 30, 2017 as leaked by two Czech Republic retailers who observers say present a logical scenario. Moreover, fans of the fuzzy orange creature will get to enjoy the remastered collection that kept the same level design, sound effects and boss battles.

"Crash Bandicoot" has been the Playstation mascot for over a decade since its original launch back in the 1990s. Now Vicarious Visions is bringing back the original title along with two others, namely, "Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back" and "Crash Bandicoot: Warped" into one upgraded bundle, the "N Sane Trilogy."

The "Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy" was announced last year in E3 and has since been the subject of leaks and rumors. In the latter part of 2016, a Brazilian retailer leaked the release date to Feb. 28, 2017, which was an unlikely move for Sony since it will coincide with its own "Horizon: New Dawn" release.

Another leak came from two retailers from the Czech Republic, SuperGamer and Kuma, who have set their pages live in time for the game's release supposedly on June 30, 2017. This could just be a placeholder, but releasing two weeks after E3 is a sensible move that could put "Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy" strategically on top spot, Express Online reported.

More details will soon follow when Activision uses E3 2017 to show off the game. Meanwhile, fans of "Crash Bandicoot" will be in for a treat with a remastered "N Sane Trilogy." Vicarious Visions promises to deliver pinpoint accuracy with only the visuals and sound quality enhanced.

The "Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy" will retain the same level design, sound effects circa 1996 and even the same boss battles that fans of the title loved. Gamers would be reunited to the same Wumpa Fruits, Aku Aku masks and side-scrolling bonus stages, Trusted Reviews has learned.

However, the new feature in the remastered "Crash Bandicoot N Sane trilogy" includes a unified save system across all the three titles. In this way, players need not launch the games separately to play different levels.

Moreover, Sony has confirmed that the PS4 exclusive will also be supported by the PS4 Pro. This means that the "Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy" can now be experienced using the upscaled 4k resolution.
