‘Underworld’ Actress Kate Beckinsale Wants To Stalk Daughter In College

By

Doting mothers like Kate Beckinsale are proud of their kids and their achievements. When news broke out that her daughter, Lily, is going to college, the family was filled with excitement. Even Kate's former partner, Michael Sheen, dropped everything to celebrate his daughter getting into college.

The family is currently living in Los Angeles and just because Lily is going to college in New York City, that does not mean that her "Underworld: Blood Wars" actress of a mother is not going to keep an eye on her.

After Kate Beckinsale posted on Instagram that her 17 year old daughter is going to college in NYC, she admits that she wants to stalk her, as reported by New! During an interview on "Good Morning America," the "Underworld" star said she will miss having her daughter but admits that she would love to explore the city in her spare time.

That gives her an excuse to visit the East Coast where her daughter is going to be, as well as catch up with old friends in the area.

The family did not yet reveal what major Lily is going to take or which specific college. Currently, they are just excited that she is going to take her higher education.

In other news, Kate Beckinsale was recently on the set of "The Late Show" with TV host Stephen Colbert. This time, she did not talk about her daughter Lily. Instead, Colbert grilled her about the Instagram pictures of her cat and the funny thing she does with it, the corset she wears during the "Underworld" movie series and the "fratty" type party she attended during New Year's Eve, as reported by Yahoo.

Colbert also took the opportunity to get Kate to speak in Russian. During her academic years in Oxford University, she studied Russian and French. She taught Colbert how to say "No, I will not give the WiFi password" in Russian.
