Best 2016 Android Phones With Removable Battery; Plus The Android Phones Worth the Wait

By

Metal Designs with thinner profiles have become the trend among smartphone products these days. However, one major disadvantage to this design is it doesn't allow the user to remove its battery, which is important for those who carry an extra battery to change in case no charging station is accessible at the moment. There are alternatives to these phones, and LG offers some of the best 2016 Android phones with removable battery.

2016 Android Phones With Removable Battery

The LG V20 is a good alternative to metal designs with a large Quad HD display, Android Authority reported. It has the Snapdragon 820 processor, dual 16MP rear-facing cameras, big RAM, big storage, and most of all, it has a 3,200mAh battery that is removable. It is also already running on Android 7.0 Nougat.

Another good choice is the LG G5, which departs from the usual g series design. It has a unibody metallic design, but it has a removable cap that allows the user to remove the battery. It also comes with a port that lets the user connect it with other accessories, like a camera grip.

The LG V10 is also a good alternative to metallic designs. It also sports the Snapdragon 808 processor and a 16 MP rear-facing camera. It also has a secondary "ticker" called the Second Screen, which lets the user navigate through other useful information without going to the main screen.

Android Phones Worth the Wait

In another note, before opting to buy some of the best Android phones in 2016, it would also be best to wait for the upcoming Android phones for 2017. Some of these phones include the Samsung Galaxy S8, OnePlus 4, Nokia D1C, LG G6, and HTC Ocean, Forbes reported.

Most of these new Android phones for 2017 will come with the Snapdragon 835 with 2GB to 6GB worth of RAM.
