Receiving iTunes 2016 Holiday Sale gift cards is one of the best things that could happen to a tech enthusiast during the holiday season. iTunes 2016 Holiday Sale also offers a lot of great movie titles for only $4.99 and rentals that go as low as $0.99.

Those who weren't given gift cards for the iTunes 2016 Holiday Sale can get it through PayPal, which is offering 10 percent off on all iTunes e-gift cards until December 30, Mac Rumors reported.

Some of the best deals for the iTunes gift cards include the "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child," which is a two-part play about the wizarding world. The story in this book is set 19 years after the last "Harry Potter" instalment. It can be purchased for as low as $14.99 in digital format on the iBooks Store for the Max, iPad, and iPhone.

Those who are not into books can enjoy over 200 different magazines through the Texture app. It is a free download app for iPhone and iPad through the App Store, but it has a monthly subscription for only $9.99 a month.

Super Mario is now available for iPhone and iPad with its "Super Mario Run" game app, which can be bought through a one-time in-app purchase for only $10.

Movie sales, rentals, and Bundles

Meanwhile, for movies and bundles, iTunes 2016 Holiday Sale offers a ton of choices including "The Hateful Eight," "Inception," "American Sniper," "Sicario," "The Grand Budapest Hotel," "The Social Network, "Straight Outta Compton," "The Hurt Locker," and "Birdman," which all sell for only $4.99, 9 to 5 Mac reported.

There are also a ton of apps in the iTunes 2016 Holiday Sale including the Broken Age, Don't Stare: Pocket Edition, Drafts, Pennies, PCalc, Bettleheart Legacy, SteamWorld Heist, Limbo, NBA 2K17, Duet Display, djay Pro, Byword, Alto's Adenture, Tweetbot, Day One, and many more. 

Meanwhile, the Apple Music subscription is only $9.99 per month for personal use, $14.99 for families, $4.99 for students.
