Ubisoft Club tweeted recently that "Assassin's Creed 3" will be available for download on Uplay PC on Dec. 7. It also said that it will be the last Ubisoft anniversary free game that they will be giving away to the fans.

According to the official website of Ubisoft Club, interested fans of "Assassin's Creed 3" will need to register on the website first. They can then claim the video game in the Uplay PC application after they launch it and log in to their accounts. It will be up to them if they want to download the game immediately or they can leave it there to be downloaded at a later time.

According to the official website of "Assassin's Creed 3," it is a game where a Native American assassin joins the American Revolution in order to uncover the truth behind the Templar corruption. He seeks revenge against those who killed his family and burned down his village.

Before players download "Assassin's Creed 3," they should know the minimum requirements for the game. They will need at least a PC with Windows Vista SP2 operating system, a processor with at least an Intel Core 2 Duo, RAM of 2GB, a video card of 512 VRAM, and 17 GB of available hard drive space.

Last chance to get "Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon"

While "Assassin's Creed 3" will be available for free download on Dec. 7, "Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon" is still available to download. This will be the last chance for Uplay members to claim the free game, which will be available until Dec. 6 only.
