iOS 10.2 Jailbreak: Pangu Reaches Out to More Sources Targetting Security Flaws; Launch Pushed to January? [RUMOR]

By

iOS 10 jailbreak is reportedly being developed by Pangu. After investigating all the reports and rumors, here's what to expect with the latest jailbreaking tool.

iOS 10.2 Jailbreak: Pangu Gathers More Sources to Perfect The Tool?

A new rumor suggests that the delay of iOS 10 jailbreak is due to Pangu's attempt to gather as many experts as possible to help the team in breaking iOS 10 restriction. Previously, Pangu is said to reach out to Alibaba's iOS engineer. It might have something to do with the next jailbreak since Alibaba is the company who acquired 25PP a few years back according to Forbes.

Furthermore, Pangu could also be gathering more evidences from other hackers that would point out the security flaws in iOS 10.1 and 10.2 Beta before eventually be able to create a stable tool.

iOS 10 Jailbreak Pangu could be Delayed but It will Launch

According to iCrackUriDevice in the video below, the jailbreaking world is quite dynamic, hence, there is not much to confirm whether a tool is going to be released soon or not.

However, the community can still dig into the past to find clues. For instance, Italian hacker Luca Todesco has performed iOS 10 jailbreak before and succeeded, RedmondPie has learned. He did not release the software but if Todesco can break iOS 10 restrictions, it won't be difficult for Pangu team to do similar effort.

Thus, reports that suggest Pangu won't be releasing the tool would simply mean a false claim.

iOS 10.2 Jailbreak Pangu Release Date

Now that December is around, there is only a little hope that the latest iOS jailbreak would be launched anytime soon. Pangu might gear up for January launch once the tool is ready and the iOS 2 officially rollouts to public.

Stay tuned for more updates in iOS 10 jailbreak!
