Madonna is taking the stage once again. This time, not for her album promo tour but for a cause that is close to her heart.

Madonna has been known to raise some eyebrows for the past few years with her concerts behaviors and performances. She was allegedly drunk during some of her concerts. But this coming December concert performance is not a show that bears her name.

James Corden is going to serve as the master of ceremonies, cites Hollywood Out Break. Madonna has also prepared a list of artists to join her on stage. These guest artists include musical icons like Ariana Grande, Chris Rock and even Sean Penn. The event includes a cocktail reception, dinner and a live auction lead by Paddle 8 co-founder Alexander Giles. Some of Madonna's personal art collection and art from Damien Hirst, Julian Schnabel, and Cindy Sherman will be auctioned.

According to the veteran singer, "Raising Malawi" is considerably one of the most important things she has ever done in her life. She wants to create awareness by using art and music at Art Basel to support her latest Malawi Project.

"Raising Malawi" is a non profit organization which aims to provide health, education and community support to the orphans of Malawi. this year includes putting up the first ever intensive care unit and pediatric surgery.

Madonna wants to give other people the chance to be part of her vision to save lives in Malawi, especially the children's.
