‘Final Fantasy XV’ News: Target Selling Final Fantasy XV-Themed Soda Energizing Elixir; Square Enix Detailed FFXV Day-One Patch [VIDEO]

Square Enix announced its collaboration with retail company Target and beverage company Jones Soda to unleash a specially branded "Final Fantasy 15" themed soda dubbed as the Wiz's Energizing Elixir.

In conjunction with the release of "Final Fantasy 15," the drink goes on sale on Nov. 29, 2016. The Wiz's Energizing Elixir is an orange and cream soda-flavored beverage based on FFXV's location called Wiz Chocobo Post. The drink will retail exclusively at participating Target stores with a price tag of $3, or a person can grab a bottle for free if that person will purchase the video game on PS4 or Xbox One, Game Spot reported.

The retail company Target has a history of participating in a game themed soda beverage promotions. In 2015, the retail company partnered with the video game publisher Bethesda and Jones Soda to unleash the "Fallout 4" branded soda, Nuka Cola Quantum.

On the other hand, just a day before "Final Fantasy XV" officially fires up the market, the video game company Square Enix has detailed the day-one patch for the open world action role-playing video game.

The update of FFXV will come along with two new actions to the video game which is inspired by the Omen trailer. One action will allow the main protagonist Noctis to do a drop kick after the character drops his dagger. The second action from the update is where the main protagonist escapes the area by jumping after throwing a magic at short-range, Segment Next has learned.

The "Final Fantasy XV" day-one patch also brings bug fixes, regulations to make the video game more enjoyable. Furthermore, the patch made some improvements to the main story of the game, side elements of FFXV have been improved, as well as the battle against the giant sea serpent Leviathan has been improved, according to Trusted Reviews.
