‘Diablo 3’ Latest News & Update: ‘Diablo 3’ Paving ‘Diablo 4’; New DLC Rise of the Necromancers [VIDEO]

The video game company Blizzard did not pitch in anything about the upcoming "Diablo 4" in Blizzcon 2016. Gamers were disappointed that there is still no news about the much-awaited sequel, and the game developer is claiming that "Diablo 3" is still enjoyable just like before.

Diablo fans have been waiting for the news of "Diablo 4's" development. Even so, Blizzard is still unclear whether the video game company still intends to make another installment. As Blizzard is still receiving positive feedbacks from gamers that the action role-playing video game "Diablo III" is still at the top of its game, it might still be a long way off before the sequel will be launched.

In spite of that, gamers still have their hopes up that the upcoming installment is being developed by the video game company. Speculations are pumping up the internet claiming that the game developer will only announce the development of the game if they will see a new opportunity and timing. It has been said that the production of the game may still be in early stages, according to IGN.

Meanwhile, "Diablo 3" just received the update with patch 2.4.3, and the game will receive the new DLC "Rise of the Necromancers" in 2017. As the action role-playing video game is showing a good sign that it's still going strong and still popular with gamers, this might indicate that the sequel is still not on the horizon.

Furthermore, the "Reaper of Souls" DLC and the "Ultimate Evil Edition" DLC will play a huge role in the gameplay of "Diablo 3." Nonetheless, the latest updates are required to be installed so that Diablo gamers can download the upcoming "Rise of the Necromancers," Mobipicker reported.

The update patch 2.3.4 of "Diablo III" brought the Talisman of Akkhan as the seventh piece of the Armor of Akkhan. The update patch also boosted the power of The Saffron Wrap of Barbarian.
