A couple of days ago, "Pokemon Go" on the iPhone or iOS version got updated. The new update comes along with a few little tweaks to the way gyms work, as well as adding up daily rewards.

The iOS update goes up to 1.15.0, while the Android update brings the app to version 0.450. In the iOS update, "Pokemon Go" players will earn bonuses for the first Pokémon catch and PokéStop visit each day. Gamers will receive a larger bonus when these gamers will do it seven days in a row, Pocket Gamer reported.

When a "Pokemon Go" gamer defeats the Gym Leader at a rival Gym, there will be a limited time where only that gamer will be able to place a Pokémon in the open Gym. The amount of Prestige a rival Gym will be deprived when a "Pokemon Go" player defeat a regular Gym member. Also in the Pokemon update, the amount of Prestige earned by training at a friendly Gym has been cut off, and minor text were fixed.

The latest update of "Pokemon Go" offers interesting improvements to the augmented reality game, and there is apparently more for the mobile game company Niantic to work on. The daily bonuses should be interesting for "Pokemon Go" players to check out while the Pokemon Gym may draw different takes, especially the part linked to the Prestige players have been used to.

Interestingly, it appears that on top of the changes to"Pokemon Go," there are certain additions to the codes of the video game that give a clear idea on what's next for the video game company's famous app.

Anyway, CEO of The Pokémon Company, Tsunekazu Ishihara, stated that their challenge was to develop a great video game for smartphones that expressed the core values of Pokémon, with that, "Pokémon Go" is the outcome of that challenge, according to Polygon.
