"Jessica Jones" has proven that she is indeed one tough diva, however she might need a little back-up for the upcoming season of her Netflix series. There is a possibility that Misty Knight could become one of her new allies after their meeting in "The Defenders."

It is already expected that Luke Cage will come as part of "Jessica Jones" Season 2, but there could also be a possibility that they will have Power Man as the sole companion of Jessica throughout the series. Fans have seen the photos of Misty Knight aiming a gun at Jessica Jones, and these made fans extremely excited. These photos were taken from the set of "The Defenders" and this is also the first time that the two characters met each other, as reported by Cinema Blend.

So will the Jessica Jones and Misty Knight realize their similar involvement with Luke Cage? Fans are excited to figure out if Misty Knight will actually become one of Krysten Ritter's confidante for the Season 2 of the series. Is it also possible that Misty Knight will be helping out Luke Cage for Krysten Ritter's cases for Season 2?

The addition of Misty Knight to the "Luke Cage" Season 1, therefore she would be a good addition to other crossover shows aside from "The Defenders." She would greatly complement with other women characters just like the ever-powerful women in "Jessica Jones" Season 2, which will be airing on the early part of 2018.

According to the showrunner Melissa Rosenberg, "Jessica Jones" Season 2 will be directed by women directors for all of its 13 episodes. The identity of these female directors were not yet revealed, but writer Raelle Tucker of "True Blood", "Supernatural", and "The Returned" will be joining the show as its writer and executive producer, according to Den of Geek.
