"Limitless" Season 2 have already been ignored by CBS and  Netflix; however, fans of the series are demanding for the sequel to continue. Will some network finally pick up the show up? The show was dropped by CBS and Netflix was expected to pick it up but no word was heard by the fans.

It seems that Netflix is not willing to be involved with the complex nature of the series, thus, they are not willing to take a chance for "Limitless" Season 2. Fans are demanding that Amazon will take it instead; however, there is no luck for it since Amazon was also not convinced by the "Limitless" Season 2 producers. Fans are posting comments about their frustrations about what the show is going through right now, as posted in Cinema Blend.

Posts by fans say that they don't care who will back the show up for as long as it will come back on air. Netflix and Amazon may have found the show's storyline to be highly-controversial, since the show's lead star is taking a mysterious drug called NZT. It is therefore difficult for these outlets to address their young audiences, according to TV Line.

During the early part of the year, CBS said in a statement that it will give all of its first-year show a second season. Just like "Supergirl," fans are consistently hoping that "Limitless" Season 2 will have the same opportunities too.

It can be noticed that "Limitless" Season 1 had undergone a lot of twists and turns. It started off with great rating that would not make anybody think about its cancellation, and it also had surprisingly numerous orders for its nine episodes. However, in the following months, the ratings of the show dropped crucially, thus, a possible production of a Season 2 is quite unclear yet as of this time.
