Android 7.0 Nougat Set to Rollout in Motorola Handsets; See if Moto E3 Power, Moto G (2015) are Included [VIDEO]

Everything is ready for the rolling out of Android 7.0 Nougat to selected Motorola handsets in December. However, Moto E3 Power and Moto G status remains questionable. Would there still be a possibility for the update to happen on both the two budget-friendly smartphones? Find out here!

Android 7.0 Nougat to Motorola Handsets

Motorola has announced the rolling out of Android 7.0 Nougat to their 15 handsets in December. According to The Verge, one of the eligibility criteria for the device to get the latest android version is it should be a year older model.

The following Motorola handsets are eligible to get the Android 7.0 Nougat upon its official release in December 2016: Nexus 6, Moto Z Play, Moto Z Play Droid, Moto Z Droid, Moto Z Force Droid, Moto Z, Droid Turbo 2, Droid Maxx 2, Moto X Play, Moto X Force, Moto X Pure Edition, Moto X Style, Moto G Plus, Moto G Play and Moto G (4th Generation).

Motorola are known being quick and fast when it comes to android updates. In fact, the company said that Moto G4 and Moto Z are the first ones among the 15 handsets to receive the Android 7.0 Nougat according to Android Central.

Android 7.0 Nougat to Moto G (2015) and Moto E3 Power

The status of Moto G (2015) and the entry-level Moto E3 Power for the Android 7.0 Nougat updates are still questionable. Aside from the two budget-friendly smartphones, there are also handsets under the Moto E series that are not likely to get the new system updates.

Moto E3 Power has 5-inch LCD screen display with resolution 720 x 1280. At the heart of the phone lie the MediaTek MT7635P for the processor and Mali T720 MP2 for the graphics chipset coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage.

Moto G also exhibits the same screen size and resolution with Moto E3 Power. However, the phone is powered by 1.4GHz Snapdragon 410 chip, according to Neurogadget
