The Xbox One Scorpio is not slated to be released in sometime late in 2017, but that hasn't held up tech fans from speculating and discussing the code name Scorpio since it's somewhat revealed at E3 2016. As the Xbox One Scorpio is not being an entirely new generation, but rather an upgrade for the Xbox One, to where all video games will be enjoyed on both. People have been wondering just how important 4K would be to Microsoft, where it seems to be quite a bit.

With the topic on the horizon, Shannon Loftis, Microsoft Studio's Publishing general manager, explained their plans for first-party video games over the Scorpio release window.

Loftis stated that any games they are making that they are launching in the Scorpio time frame, they ensure they can natively render at 4K, based on the report of USA Today.

The Xbox One Scorpio consoles pricing has not been confirmed, but, as tech company Microsoft has referred to the system as a premium device, gamers can expect the console to be expensive. Microsoft claimed that the system brags 6 teraflops of performance, making Xbox One Scorpio the most powerful console ever made.

Meanwhile, Sony's PlayStation 4 Pro will be available in November, with a price of $400. It has been said that Xbox Scorpio will be more than 40 percent more powerful compared to PS4 Pro, Game Spot reported.
