Avid "DBS" fans and viewers of the hit anime TV series were terror-stricken as Zamasu and Black Goku triumphed over Son Goku and Future Trunks in the previous episode. Many were stunned at how powerful Black Goku was, which sparked speculations around how he became stronger than Son Goku.

In "Dragon Ball Super" episode 58, the present Zamasu will attempt to gather all the Dragon Balls in a bid to help them figure out how Black Goku had come to meet his future self and how he gained his power. It can be recalled in the previous episode that Goku's Super Saiyan Blue form wasn't good enough to match Black Goku when he transformed into Super Saiyan Rose. Even after teaming up with Future Trunks, the battle seemed one sided, AttackOfTheFanboy reported.

Luckily, Vegeta intervenes in the nick of time and with the help of Future Mai, they somehow manage to escape back to the present.

Moreover, the report reveals that the impending episode will center on the history of the Supreme Kai apprentice of Universe 10 and how his fascination for Son Goku's Ki will prompt him to become the evil form of himself that is determined to destroy the world.

The episode will also shed more light on the series of events that resulted in Zamasu and Black Goku's first meeting, and how they developed their plan to beat Goku, ParentHerald reported.

Meanwhile, Goku and rest of the gang are still on the mend; however, Goku seems keen to travel to the future to square off against Zamasu and Black Goku once again, but before he proceeds with his plans Supreme Kai, Whis and Beerus appear before them.

"Dragon Ball Super" episode 58 dubbed as, "Zamasu and Black. The Deep Mystery of the Two" is slated to air in Japan this Sunday, September 11 on Fuji TV.
