Ray Allen: Why Milwaukee Bucks, Boston Celtics Are Top Picks?

By

Ray Allen, a 10-time NBA All-Star and a former UConn star who won two championships, is reportedly gearing up to come back after leaving the league. While Allen is serious about his comeback, he is still not certain which uniform will he put on, the Milwaukee Bucks or the Boston Celtics.

Allen revealed that he is seriously considering coming back for NBA 2016 and that he could be joining the teams he found the most success as a professional, Hartford Courant reported. He is reportedly looking to join either Milwaukee Bucks or Boston Celtics.

It has been two seasons before the 41-year-old athlete finally decided to step into the ball game again, but many fans believe that he can still play an impact for just any team he joins. Allen has the ability to knock down three pointers especially in clutch situations, which assures some people that he can still play the game.

There have also been talks that Allen will be joining the Cleveland Cavaliers to play with LeBron James and hopefully win another championship. However, it turned out that he is more interested in playing for the above-mentioned teams. Allen expressed how he would love to go back to Boston or Milwaukee if it worked out because he believes both teams are good.

Allen considers Boston a home and already played for the team during the team's heydays with Rajon Rondo, Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett. On the other hand, he also holds some sort of sentimental value with Milwaukee because that is where he started making  a name in this career.

Allen's importance and value to any team is higher compared to other veterans who want to come back and seize an opportunity in NBA, Daily Knicks reported. Allen is believed to have the ability to shoot the lights out any given night. This may mean that many other teams will be suiting the athlete before he makes his final decision. Watch Allen's top 10 plays of his career here.
