'Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2' DLC To Feature 'Dragon Ball Super' Content; Bandai Namco Names New Characters; More At Paris Launch

"Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" Game Producer Masaki Hirano publicized several new details of the DLC game during Electronic Entertainment Expo 2016. Hirano also hinted that the sequel will feature the anime series "Dragon Ball Super" content. 

Bandai Namco teased "Dragon Ball Super" storyline and characters might be featured in "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 since there is a lot time before its release in Paris. Hirano clarified that the anime series is still on the run. He added that Bandai Namco plans to support the game by providing free game updates and a possible paid DLC in the future as Dragon Ball gamers look forward to "Dragon Ball Super" contentsoon, Siliconera reported.

New Characters; New City Hub

Meanwhile, two new characters are introduced in "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" coinciding the online photo leaks of the forthcoming sequel.

Joining the previous hero from the original Xenoverse game are: Old Kai, Supreme Kai of Time and Time Patrol Trunks in a new hub city named Conton City. The new protagonist wears a black and white jacket, boots, jeans, a visor and a trendy blue hair, Yibada wrote.

Another villain is coming up in the sequel as Namek levels featuring Frieza's older brother Cooler in both his base and final forms. Saiyan Island pulled scans highlighting the return of antagonist Demigra from the original version.

Bandai Namco presented two characters in "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2's new gameplay during E3 2016: Turles and Future Gohan. The new hub Conton City will be seven times larger than Tokitoki City to support more than 300 players where every gamer may now fly from different locations or use a new travel system.

New Combat Feature

New combat alterations are happening in "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2." There will be a Ki blast curving through the air allowing players to fly towards their opponent. Additionally, a new dash moves called "Homing Dash" will allow them to speedily move towards challengers and "Aura Burst Dash" that thwarts opponents' Ki blasts.

New details for "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" will be presented at Japan Expo 2016 on July 7 to 10 in Paris, France and will be release later this year for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
