Fans of the acapella singing show will be pumped to know that "Pitch Perfect 3" has been moved to an earlier release date. The film will be released on July 21, 2017, the original release date, instead of August 7.

"Pitch Perfect 3" Barden Bellas Graduate College?

Not much is known about the plot of the third movie. We did know that the Bellas were on their college senior year, but will they graduate and see the movie unfold on a grander platform? Anna Kendrick, Brittany Snow, Rebel Wilson and Hailee Steinfeld are returning to the third movie, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Elizabeth Banks will be back to direct the film as will writer Kay Cannon. It is yet unclear if the rest of the Barden Bellas and some of the Treblemakers will be in "Pitch Perfect 3."

In an interview with Wonderwall, Skylar Astin who plays main Treblemaker Jesse Swanson, said that he is interested to come back and he is just waiting for the phone call. Given that Steinfeld's character is a freshman who joined the Bellas where most of them are seniors, how will "Pitch Perfect 3" look like? The plot of the movie is being kept tightly under wraps. However, director Banks is excited to feature new acapella groups, Inquistir reported.

With the earlier release of "Pitch Perfect 3," the movie will now opposite against Christopher Nolan's "Dunkirk" as well as "Valerian" and "City of a Thousand Planets," Billboard shared. The film was supposed to go against Ridley Scott's "Alien: Covenant."
