Sleep Dysfunction

A sleep researcher Martica Hall shared with AARP how stress make it hard for people to sleep most especially when they wake up at night. This is because stress hormones disrupts our sleep and give you the time to think about all of your worries and problems. You can improve the quality of your sleep by doing certain preparations before going to bed like staying away from screens two hours before going to bed and spending some time for exercise to reduce anxiety and depression.
