A recent report suggests Samsung's incredibly smart digital assistant that features better things than the rivals.

Bixby Vision - a voice-activated assistant with impressive features

It's been reported since last year that Samsung plans to launch its own digital assistant to take on Siri, Cortana and Google Assistant. This year, the recent report suggests that the AI named Bixby, will be fully equipped with the technology to integrate with many applications, Trusted Reviews reported.

According to numerous sources, Bixby is said to be more powerful than Siri as it will be integrated with Samsung Pay, able to work with home appliances and control apps.

Google and Apple introduced their voice assistants that come with lots of features but nothing quite like Bixby. The latter will be able to 'conduct visual search' and perform text recognition, according to Sammobile. The South Korean giant has filed the trademark to use the feature for its front-facing and rear cameras of the upcoming Galaxy S8.

A dedicated button

To activate Bixby, Samsung will equip its Galaxy S8 with a dedicated button. This will work like a shortcut  to ask the assistant to perform a specific layered task.

Samsung Galaxy S8 specifications

Samsung confirmed that it will not show off Galaxy S8 at MWC 2017. So far, there have been a few speculations on the premium smartphone's specs, including a 5.7-inch AMOLED display, a 6 GB of RAM on board, a Snapdragon 835 chipset and a 3.5 mm audio jack.

Bixby Vision is the newest addition on its feature. Previously, the tech crowds have heard about iris scanner and dual-lens camera module although Samsung is reportedly ditching the latter for unknown reason.
