The Coolest and Most Futuristic Bluetooth Speaker is Here! LG Pj9 Features Include Levitation, Self-charging, and Waterproof

By

A week before CES 2017 officially kicks off, LG already teases some of the products it plans to launch, including a Bluetooth speaker that levitates. Not only that, the LG PJ0 is a 360-degree speaker that is also waterproof, and can charge itself wirelessly.

Features

The new LG PJ9 has hovering capabilities with the help of the powerful electromagnets in its Levitation Station, 9 to 5 Mac reported. Those strong electromagnets give the LG PJ9 a floating visual effect.

Meanwhile, its 360 degree omnidirectional design gives its sound crisp highs, flush mid-range tones, and deep bass. It has two passive radiators to balance the middle notes and the bass. Meanwhile, its base station also works as a subwoofer.

Another incredible feature in this speaker is when the LG PJ9's battery is running low, it will come down to the Levitation Station on its own and automatically charges itself. The LG PJ9 can run up to 10 hours with its fully charged battery.

This means it can charge wirelessly without the user having to interact with it. This also means the music won't be interrupted by low battery.

The LG PJ9 has an IPX7 rating, which means it is best or outdoor use, even when it rains or at any body of water, Tech Times reported. It may be waterproof, but it can't withstand sand, which means it is not a good idea to bring it to the beach.

The floating LG PJ9 speaker has a clean and simple design. It has a cylindrical shape that looks like a levitating microphone. The model that was teased has a white color, and there are no further information yet as to whether LG will offer other colors for its levitating speaker.

Release Date

There are no official reports yet on when the new LG PJ9 will be released, and there are no announcements on its official price yet. Those who are interested should just wait for next week's CES 2017 trade event.
