Xiaomi unleashed a new model of in-ear headphones dubbed as the Piston Fresh, and the in-ear headphones are currently available only in China. Headphones cost just CNY 29 (which is around $4), making the gadgets extremely cheap.

The biggest highlight of the Chinese tech company's new Piston Fresh In-Ear headphones is that the device sport an aluminium chamber, wherein the company claims it provides a good audio experience. The Piston Fresh In-Ear headphones are available with microphone and control buttons, allowing users to control audio volume and receive calls. Aside from that, the tech company claims the headphones will fit perfectly and can be used for a long time without any discomfort.

Microphone and volume buttons of the Piston Fresh In-Ear headphones work only with Android devices, and there's no Apple support. The color choices of the Piston Fresh In-Ear headphones include Black, Pink, Purple, Silver and Blue. The headphones also come along with two different ear plug sizes, according to MI.

Specs of the Piston Fresh In-Ear headphones include an impedance of 32 Ohms, a weight of 14 grams, a 5mW rated power and a frequency response range of 20Hz to 20000Hz. Piston Fresh model comes after Xiaomi's Mi In-Ear Headphones Pro HD that got launched in the US. Xiaomi's Mi In-Ear Headphones Pro HD is a bit more expensive and can be purchased through the company's online store.

The Piston Fresh headphones resembles Xiaomi's Piston 3 Pro. The earphones feature a 3rd Gen system that utilizes a separate air flow for front and rear chambers. The Piston Fresh headphones are also packed with a Japanese Hi-Resolution audio-quality certification.

In spite of that, there was no confirmation whether the new Piston Fresh headphones will make it to the other markets including India, Gadgets 360 reported.
