The next-generation smartphones are yet to come in 2017. Check out the list of devices that will roll out next year for Apple, HTC, LG, Motorola, Samsung, Sony, Windows and Xiaomi, and decide which one is the best buy for a phone upgrade.

Apple iPhone 8

The presumed iPhone 8 is shaping-up for the 10th iPhone anniversary celebration of Apple in 2017. The 2017 flagship smartphone is said to feature a radical design as a result of the combination of hardware and software according to PC Advisor.

HTC 11

HTC has skipped the last year's Mobile World Congress but rumors suggesting that a successor to HTC 10 will be launch in 2017. HTC 10 is one of the best phones of HTC and considered as the most-budget friendly.

LG G6

The modular phone LG G6 is rumored to have its successor in 2017. The said flagship will feature fast wireless charging, faster processor for VR, iris scanner and special filter.

Moto M

Moto M is said to be the successor of Moto X Play and is rumored to be released in December 2016 but rumors suggesting that it will be pushed back to 2017. Moto M will run the pre-installed Android 7.0 Nougat coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of RAM for the basic model according to NDTV.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8

A 5.7-inch Quad-HD with Super AMOLED Galaxy Note 8 will make a debut in 2017. This flagship is said to support the S Pen and runs a powerful processor.

Sony Xperia Z6

Although Sony has failed to announce the Xperia Z6 during the MWC last 2016, hopes are still up for the Sony fans because the Japanese tech-giant has hinted about the phone's comeback.

Surface Phone

Microsoft Corporate VP has revealed that the company is currently making the prototype of the Surface Phones. The 2017 flagship smartphone of the windows-maker will feature never-before functionalities such as support for Surface Dial.

Xiaomi Mi Mix

The extraordinary smartphone made by Apple of the East Xiaomi Mi Mix is coming to store shelves in December 2016. The phone features a bezel-less and edgeless screen display.
