There has been speculative news around the second generation of iPad Pro 2. Bloomberg who claimed to speak with an internal source stated that Apple might have new software installed in the iPad Pro 2 - in order for the device to be compatible with upgraded Apple Pencil.

As a matter of fact, Apple has been rolling out a feature specifically designed for iPad since last year. It allows two apps to work in simultaneous mode.

The Apple Pencil will be much more improved as it targets the professionals. iPad Pro 2 users will be able to use the stylus on many apps including Safari browser, mails and iMessage. This is not a new thing since Samsung has already done such feature with its stylus.

The iPad Pro 2 will likely to get A10 chipset which will also make the device to have smoother navigation system to pan, zoom and scroll. According to MacRumors, analyst Ming Chi Kuo said that the 'revolutionary' iPad model with AMOLED display will possibly be launched in 2018.

The next gen iPad Pro is said to get a new variant, that is, a 10-inch tablet. This device will be joining its two siblings, the 12.9-inch and 9.7-inch iPad Pro.

However, Kuo who has accurately predicted Apple's moves so far - stated that the iPad lineup will receive an upgrade next year. He has specifically mentioned about major iPad overhaul which will likely happen in 2018, University Herald reported.

If the rants are true, the fans should expect the three variants of iPad Pro 2 (without AMOLED display) released in March 2017. This is likely to happen since Apple is expected to unveil Macbook Pro 2016 potentially in October, GottaBeMobile wrote. The Cupertino giant is rumored to upgrade its laptop in a way that the launch of iPad Pro 2 and the iPad Mini variant have to be delayed.
