Best Buy is offering special student discounts on two 13.3-inch MacBook Pro models for up to $200 for all customers and further $100 discount for students with .edu email addresses for College Student Deals. The offer is valid until July 27.

The MacBook Pro version with 4GB memory and a 500GB hard drive is now sold for $999.99, down from $1,199.99, while the MacBook Pro with 8GB memory and a 750GB hard drive, is now available for $1,299.99, down from $1,499.99.

The 4GB MacBook Pro features a 2.5-GHz Intel Core i5 processor, while the 8GB version is equipped with a 2.9-GHz Intel Core i7 processor. Both the versions include Intel HD 4000 graphics, a 1,280-by-800 display, and run Mac OS X Mountain Lion.

In addition to the $100 offer on the selected models of MacBook Pro, the retailer has also introduced several other discounts that will last through Aug. 10.
