Fans of 'Five Nights at Freddy's World' Update 2 is now available; however, they won't be able to just automatically access it.

Players will first have to beat the game on either Normal or Hard Mode before they can access the latest update, reported Game Jolt. 

As stated in the description, players must go through the grey house located in area 1 by holding up against its door. Then, after leaving and talking to Fredbear, they should walk through the portal to access Update 2.

Players must also pass all the levels before they can access the update.

'Five Nights at Freddy's' developer Scott Cawthon also answered questions from several players who tried but failed downloading the update over at the Steam community forums.

Responding to a player's question of whether saved games that have already beaten the game count, Cawthon said it didn't matter as long as they have beaten it on normal or hard mode.

In other news, fans of the game are hyped amid rumors that Cawthon is also working on a new project related to the 'Five Nights at Freddy's' franchise.

So far, he has not revealed any details about the new project other than its name ('Sister Location') and the fact that it's a spinoff game. No information for the new game's release date is also available yet.

'Five Nights at Freddy's' is a popular indie horror game which has the player take on the role of night watch security guard working at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. To win the game, the player must survive the night and avoid being killed by the game's animatronic animal characters.

While simplistic in plot, the game has received rave reviews mainly for the suspenseful plot and jump scares. It has also since spawned three more sequels aside from the 'Five Nights at Freddy's World' edition.
